Pauline Shirley, President
of LeadersOnFire and Partner/Principal of Entrepreneur
Leadership Center, is a dynamic, charismatic presenter
who teaches from rich experience and leads by example. She educates
executives and employees in valued leadership skills such as how
to listen better, organize their thoughts, communicate more effectively
in all situations, give powerful presentations, and lead happier,
healthier, more prosperous lives. She has delivered well over 1,000
presentations to a wide variety of audiences.
As the 1994-1995 International President of Toastmasters International,
an educational service organization with more than 170,000 members
in over 8,000 clubs in sixty-five countries, Pauline reached the
pinnacle of leadership in the leadership building business and was
the second woman to be elected to that position since the organization
was founded in 1924.
An internationally respected expert, she has been a guest on radio
and television programs in the United States, Canada, and Mexico
and is cited in newspapers and magazines such as Success, Ladies
Home Journal, The Washingtonian, The Chicago Tribune, and Cosmopolitan.
In addition to being a contributing author to The Productivity Path
published in 2001 by MaroCom Publishing Company, she is published
in various magazines.
Pauline has resided on three different continents and has a strong
kinship for widely diverse audiences. Her professional leadership
background encompasses both the corporate and municipal sectors
in a variety of industries.
Her professional associations include Toastmasters International,
National Speakers Association, National Speakers Association/North
Texas, Board Member; ASTD; and Dallas ASTD, 2004 President. She
is a cofounder and founding president of WOVI (Women of Visionary
Influence) International.
